Second-Chance Job Fair - Aug/Sept 2013

Our organization, is planning to host a Second-Chance Job Fair for the latter part of August, or early September 2013 in Topeka Kansas.

If you know of any companies that are friendly to hiring ex-offenders, persons with gaps in their employment history and/or those with disabilities, please share their company name and contact information with us at admin@ibsa-inc.org; Cc: dshepherd@ibsa-inc.org & charlenenard@yahoo.com

If you are a company looking to hire motivated job seekers, a training provider of skills in-demand, are part of a registered apprenticeship program or have subcontracting opportunities (1099 contracting) favorable to these target populations; and would be interested in having a booth being a sponsor, let us know your interest via email so that we can contact you with further details.

Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

Please share this message with others that may be interested in participating in this event.

Topeka Delete Blood Cancer Drive - June 8th

Free Admission to Season Finale

Heroes Wanted -

The Kansas Koyotes  Football team invites sports fans from Topeka and the surrounding area to join us at our final home game at St. Francis Field at Landon Arena, Kansas Expocentre on June 8th to help raise awareness about the need for bone marrow donors and to help us find a match for four young boys in need of a blood match.

This Delete Blood Cancer Drive during the Kansas Koyotes final home game is being dedicated to help the son's of Tim & Maggie Murry; all of whom are in need of a matching bone marrow donor – Watch the video below to hear their story.

For this season finale, admission will be free for all Topeka residents, so come early to get swabbed, join the national registry and meet the Murry Brothers and their family. The cause and need is so great, the Kansas Koyotes want the Topeka community to come out and enjoy our final game and support our Capitol City Football Team and its effort to help Delete Blood Cancer and save lives.

A Proclamation by City of Topeka Mayor Larry Wolgast dedicating the month of June as Delete Blood Cancer Month will be read by City Councilman Chad Manspeaker.
