Requirements:

1. HS Diploma or (GED)
2. Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
3. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus/Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
4. Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
6. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
