Job Opening in Topeka, Kansas Housing and Credit Counseling, Inc. Tenant & Landlord Rental Housing Counselor/Educator   This is a full time position in the Topeka office with possible travel on occasion to provide education presentations.  Duties include but are not limited to: one-on-one counseling, public education classes and workshops, follow up to individuals on a wide range of topics. Strong written and verbal communication skills and public speaking required. Experience related to rental property management, housing, and education preferred, bilingual in Spanish a plus.
