Empower Kansans Request for Proposals

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kansas is seeking proposals for 2013 & 2014 Empower Kansans grant funding from entities with a presence in Kansas interested in providing program supports to Kansans with disabilities in pursuing employment and overcoming current barriers to successful employment. Details on the Request For Proposals (RFP), including how to apply and proposal budget template is attached. Please share this information with your affiliates, association members and network of contacts.  We look forward to receiving innovative proposals for consideration by our Empower Kansans Advisory Committee.
