The 4th Annual Civil Rights/Fair Housing Summit is being held on April 27th in the KCMO area and will be address about issues surrounding Mass Incarceration that will impact housing, workforce development, case management, & community services.
As many of you may know laws are changing that will allow for those with non-violent offences to be released back into the community and HUD is holding Summits throughout the nation to prepare agencies with the tools needed to assist in making this a more positive transition.
